DIRECTIONS TO THE FARMHOUSE:
If you follow Google Maps to "Libertas Guest Farm", it will take you along a gravel route to The Farmhouse. If you prefer to follow the tar road, follow these instructions.
FROM CAPE TOWN/WILDERNESS
• Just after you have passed through Wilderness, take the turn-off at the N2 towards Hoekwil (road sign on N2).
• Continue straight with this tar road for 15km (passing through Touwsranten settlement).
• Look out for sign indicating turn-off to “Libertas Guest Farm: The Farmhouse” at the turn-off to Rondevlei/Sedgefield.
• Continue 3,5km on this road to find turn-off to Farmhouse to your right.
FROM PE/SEDGEFIELD
Gravel:
• The shortest route is the gravel road. Take the turn-off at N2 towards Swartvlei / Pine Lake Marina.
• There is only a short section tar which then turns to gravel road – do not turn off.
• You will be driving along Rondevlei. Continue with this road to a T-junction - turn right at T-junction to go up steep hill (Rondevlei hill).
• At the top you will find the turn-off to The Farmhouse on the left after you have passed the Lutheran church.
Tar:
• If you prefer taking the tar road, continue straight with N2 towards Wilderness.
• Just after the round-about at the Caltex garage, you’ll find the Hoekwil turn-off to your right.
• Then follow instructions as when approaching from Cape Town (above).
DIRECTIONS TO THE DAIRY & COTTAGES
Please do not follow Google Maps to "Libertas Guest Farm" as it will take you to The Farmhouse which is 4km from where you should be. Rather search for "The Dairy" if you use Google Maps.
FROM CAPE TOWN/WILDERNESS
