The Rose Suite has an extra-length king-size bed, two single beds, an en suite shower bathroom, a spacious lounge and dining area, a work station, and a well-appointed kitchen. The Oak Suite has a queen-size double bed, a kitchenette, a breakfast nook, two easy chairs, a desk, and a full bathroom.

Both units have satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a covered patio with pool and garden access, braai facilities, a hairdryer, iron, heated towel rails, electric blankets, fans, spacious cupboards, and complimentary tea and coffee. Remote-controlled access, secure off-street parking, and a private entrance are provided. A supermarket is one minute's walk away. Solar power and inverters ensure uninterrupted electricity.

The property is on the corner of Barkley and Silwood Road, Rondebosch, with easy access to the N1, N2, M3, and M5. Within five minutes are the University of Cape Town, Newlands Forest, Claremont CBD, and the Baxter Theatre. Cape Town International Airport, the V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain Cableway, and Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens are within ten to fifteen minutes.
