The Verkeerdevlei Toll Rd can also be used, turn right at Verkeerdevlei signboard, turn left at Excelsior follow R703 pointers to Clocolan, t-junction in town, turn left, straight over onto S343 gravel road, as above. From Bethlehem: R26, bypass Ficksburg Village, approximately 16 kms from end of village turn right at small signboard S927, 1 km, turn left onto S40 gravel road, 14 kms follow signboards.
