Historic Watermill provides two rooms, Mill and Mill Room. Country House has five en-suite double bedrooms, veranda and valley views for up to ten guests. Tented Chalets include en-suite bathrooms and private decks. Cottage features one bedroom with king-size bed, bunk bed in open-plan living area. Wilderness Cabin is a two-room unit with bunk bed and open-plan living area. Nature Cabins have king-size bed and en-suite bathroom.

Cottage includes fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and oven, patio with dining table, lounge area and braai facilities. Wilderness Cabin has self-catering facilities with fridge and mini oven, DStv and air conditioning. Nature Cabins include wood fireplace. Estate has small tuck shop for goods. Guests access hiking, fly-fishing and mountain rock pools.

Near Dullstroom and Belfast in Mpumalanga. Three-hour drive from Johannesburg and Pretoria along national highway. Estate spans nearly 1,000 hectares with indigenous forests, dams, rivers and waterfalls. Nearby attractions include Historic Water Mill, Archaeological stone ruins, Stone Church, Mapoch's Caves, fly-fishing, hiking, mountain biking, bird-watching and Witpoort River.
