45 rooms include standard, deluxe, family and self-catering units, plus a Honeymoon/Presidential Suite. Permanent 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units feature open-plan kitchens and living areas, air-conditioning, BIC, covered parking, gardens and 24-hour security. The building has long overhanging roofs and generous verandas.
