Accommodation Features:
Three individually decorated rooms: the Regency Suite with a pillow-top queen bed, lounge, and bay windows; the Forest View Suite with super king or twin beds, private balcony, and optional self-catering kitchen; and the compact Poppy Room with a double bed. All rooms have en suite showers, heaters, fans, safes, and hairdryers.

Amenities and Facilities:
Breakfast is a buffet with full English or continental options. Free high-speed WiFi covers all rooms and the pool area. A salt water pool with a waterfall feature includes poolside towels and loungers. Daily housekeeping is standard for B&B rooms. Location and Attractions:
