Accommodation Features:
Three lodge types are available: the Tented Lodge with suites on wooden decks overlooking the Moordkuil River, featuring king beds and indoor fireplaces; self-catering Bush Villas with private infinity pools and fully-equipped kitchens overlooking a waterhole; and the Village Lodge in an old restored farm village, where every room includes a patio, fireplace, bath, and shower.
Amenities and Facilities:
The Fijnebos Wellness Day Spa includes 7 treatment rooms, a heated indoor pool, a fully equipped gym, sauna, steam room, and flotation therapy. The Tented Lodge has a restaurant with indoor and outdoor dining, a fully licensed bar, a curios shop, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Daily housekeeping is included across all lodges.
Location and Attractions:
The reserve sits on the Garden Route, midway between George and Mossel Bay. Guided game drives and horseback safaris run across the 6,000-hectare reserve, where over 26 wildlife species roam, including lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, cheetah, giraffe, and hippo, alongside over 200 bird species. Veterinary safaris are also available.
